Thira starts with two coconuts, from one part of South India, harvested at exactly the right moment. From the coconut comes two things. The water inside, young and naturally isotonic, which goes into our tender coconut water. And the flesh from the mature coconut cold pressed within hours, which becomes our virgin coconut oil.
